Bronze chips with Sammic Potato Peeler

Once again, Enrique Fleischmann together with his team Fleischmann's Cooking Group delight us with a skilled, creative and original dish. This time, he transforms a typical product like potato into a colorful and crispy aperitif.

Here you see the Sammic machines have been used in preparing this dish: Potato peeler PI-10 for peeling the potatoes, the slices have been made by hand because they are small quantities, The Sammic vegetable preparation machine would be used in case of large quantities and The Sammic blender TB-2000 for mixing the cooked potatoes with the bronze food colouring.
