To start, we will participate in the NRA Show in Chicago, United States, from May 18 to 21, and in the Expo Proveedores del Restaurante in Monterrey, Mexico, from May 28 to 30 at Cintermex.

Visit our booth at the NRA Show, where at booth 4468 we will highlight our food preparation families, including our industrial cutter emulsifier with Precise Pulse technology, crucial for the healthcare sector. This tool is key in meeting IDDSI framework levels, ensuring consistency and quality in food texture. We will also showcase all the latest features of our hand blenders and the new déli-cut slicing. Additionally, we will present our high production retherming station, which allows for the preparation of up to 200 servings of 200g per hour, providing an ideal solution for large groups while maintaining exceptional culinary quality and facilitating the standardization of kitchen processes.

In Monterrey, we will focus on our dishwashing families and dynamic food preparation, as well as on our sous-vide solution, offering a demonstration of how our technologies can optimize processes in the kitchen and improve hygiene and results in food preparation.
