FCG's R+D takes place at Sammic testing kitchen

Bailara Restaurant team, which belongs to Fleischmann's Cooking Group, is conducting their research at Sammic testing and training kitchen to develop their new menus for the coming new season. Thus, our corporate chef and his team not only validate Sammic equipment but also use them for their R+D processes. 

 

After the annual holidays, Bailara Restaurant will be open again next week.

It is a pleasure to have this team with us.
