Planetary mixer BE-40I: stainless steel column
With the launch of a new price catalogue, we have expanded our range of planetary mixers with the incorporation of the model BE-40I.
BE-40I is a planetary mixer with a 40-litre bowl and with a stainless steel column and feet. Thus, the range with the 40-litre bowl is an addition to the 20- and 30-litre options.
All the planetary mixers by Sammic are approved by NSF and are equipped with a stainless steel bowl and dough hook, beater and balloon whisk.
There is the option of complementing the mixer with a reduction unit to obtain lower yields without changing the machine, bowl transport trolleys and even a base kit with wheels to move the machine.
