Vacuum in stages with SU packing machines

The Sammic “Sensor Ultra” packaging machines have a stage vacuum program. This program is particularly useful for soft and porous products and is available on all models in the SU range.

The special stage vacuum program pauses several times during the vacuum process. These pauses enable any air trapped in the product to be extracted. The actual vacuum obtained is closer to the programmed final vacuum, improving the the product’s preservation conditions.
