To wind up the first day of the Basque itinerary of the first event of the Kitchen Bridge program, we visited the home of one of our host chefs: Martín Berasategui. This renowned chef has 8 Michelin stars and has always had a special bond with Sammic due to being related to one of the founders of the company.
With our guests we went to Martín Berasategui's restaurant in Lasarte, with 3 Michelin stars, where we toured the kitchen, 350 m2 with space for 40 diners, the wine cellars at different temperatures featuring over 15,000 references from around the world and even the recording studio. To conclude, our good friend delighted us with his great tasting menu.
