We are happy to be working with executive chef Perry Hendrix at Paul Kahan’s avec restaurant.
Here he is using the CK-311 combi to emulsify dressings, slice and dice vegetables and grate cheese. Having learned about Sammic during the Kitchen Bridge Ambassador Program, Paul welcomes this new piece of Sammic equipment into one of his flagship restaurants.
