As you know, we at Sammic are very proud of our after sales support and taking care of all our customers. We are excited to bring onboard a new member of the team that will continue to build on our company culture and focus for exceeding expectations.
We would like to welcome Brian Gidcumb as our new Technical Service Manager here at Sammic. Brian comes to us with extensive experience in troubleshooting on electrical components and a deep understanding of mechanical equipment. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Eastern Illinois University (Go Panthers!) and enjoys a good bourbon while on COVID lockdowns.
Brian is looking forward to learning and expanding in the foodservice industry.
