#SammicInAction: Chef’s Services moves to Hostelco
If two days ago we presented our new Chef’s Services project, today we would like to inform you about the first official activity within this project’s remit: Hostelco 2014.
At our stand we will have our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann and several members of his team accompanied by Seve Díaz, our collaborating chef in the Canary Islands. Thanks to them you will be able not only to see our equipment in the SammicInAction area but also enjoy the culinary creations that are fruit of this labour, thanks to the tasting menu that will be served to the attendees.
And to ensure a perfect finish to the project, we will enjoy the collaboration of students from the Catering School of Castelldefels.
