The SmartVide in the 'Road to Lyon' dinner

Within “Road to Lyon” program, our ambassador chef Josiah Citrin’s Mélisse restaurant hosted a special fundraiser dinner with LA chefs to benefit Team USA as they prepare for the 2019 Bocuse d'Or competition this upcoming January. Chefs Josiah Citrin and Ken Takayama hosted this exclusive dinner with Timothy Hollingsworth, Walter Manzke, Ari Rosenson, Nyesha Arrington and Brooke Williamson as guest chefs.

Sunday, December 2, chef Citrin and the American team hosted a kick-off dinner at his 2 Michelin starred Melisse Restaurant where they highlighted different cooking techniques including sous-vide. Josiah Citrin’s personalized SmartVide 8+ thermal circulator was essential to prepare the dinner and delight the guests.
