In the Sammic booth, many hands were shook, new relationships were made, and old bonds were strengthened during the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago IL. This was the 100th anniversary of the dynamic trade show, and attendees were treated to a few wow worthy products. The star of the show was the new SmartVideTrack system presented by Sammic. With its incredible technology that allows for complete HACCP control and kitchen management through RFID system tracking, Sammic was making it clear to the world that they are the thought leaders in everything sous-vide.
Not to be out done, Sammic had a few innovations on the food preparation equipment as well. Two amazing chefs where manning the booth, using new kitchen tools such as the mighty XM-12 hand blender. If you had a chance to be at the booth you may have noticed the precision cuts from our vegetable processing equipment.
